I used Lily for 5 months, and it really helped me to keep track of my temperatures and all the fertility signs! The graph is amazing. I love all the props and that it draws the cover line. Now Im 7.5 months pregnant with my first baby and Im super excited:) this method FAM, really works!

Great app for charting. I compared them all and this one is the best.

I hate. With a passion. This new update. The app was perfect before. Now I cannot look at what I need to look at without going through a huge amount of extra steps. I have highly irregular cycles and they are unpredictable based on length, the only way I can predict them is knowing when ovulation occurs. Yet there is no way to turn off the app predicting when things "should" occur. For me this new update does not work. Which is making this app useless to me. I loved it before, it was EXACTLY what I needed now it is junk.

I love this app so much. I am only using it to track my cycles for now, but I will be getting married in 6 weeks and I will definitely keep using it for family planning purposes. Its accurate, detailed, and easy to use. Also...its pink! ;) I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fertility tracker, for whatever their goal is.

Perfect. Everything needed to follow FAM or NFP all in one place. Easy to use.

I had been using another app to track my cycles, but never felt it was terribly accurate, and became annoyed with the chipper advice and the social media aspect of it (polls, silly message boards). Then I read Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler, and I liked the idea of that tracking system, but didnt want to bother with paper charts and different colored pens. I was so happy to find this app! Its easy to use and so far, has been accurate. One thing that would be nice is a way to track fertility treatments (distinguishing regular intercourse from IUI, for example, or taking into account the effect of an HCG shot on your peak day). Not sure if that is even possible. But the app does provide space to add custom notes for those types of things.

It makes tracking so convenient, and easy to read the info. Ive used it for family planing and got pregnant on the first try, both times. Its the best!

Ive tried a few other fertility apps on iOS and can I just say that most of them are a headache to navigate (not to mention look at!). Lily is beautiful and responsive to use, with no loading times or ads to get in the way of your experience. Its accurate to the rules of FAM and will be a great help to anyone TTC or TTA. This app really does not get the attention it deserves! Just download it - youll only regret not doing it sooner. ;)

Ive been using Lily for over four years now, and while I have also tried other apps, this is the most it stable and accurate charting app of all of them. I enjoy the new design very much; it is clean, precise and very easy to use while being very beautiful. With all the rules that go into natural birth control, this app really offers so much functionality in the most easy way I have encountered so far. You can adjust so many settings for the way you chart, and the evaluation so far has not failed me once. The customer service is extremely fast and helpful, and I really appreciate this dedication! Lily is by far my most used and valued app, and I never regretted paying for the full spectrum of the app. Worth every penny!

I have been using Lily for almost three years. I have never had any issues, it keeps perfect track of all of my cycles, it is easy to review past cycles to track patterns, and I plan to use this for years to come.

I love Lily! Its incredibly user friendly - graphs, charts and calendars are easy to read a follow; its also easy to enter and/or change previously entered data. I paid for the upgrade and it was $4.99 (I think), but compared to other fertility and cycle charting programs/software, Lily was a steal. Ive been using Lily for seven months now and love it; I highly recommend Lily and will happily continue using it myself!

I have been using this app for 5 months and love certain aspects of it - its thorough, the chart is great. However, I feel there is room for improvement. Especially in Tips & Tricks. The first two cycles I charted were not regularly updated (didnt take my temp every day and at different times of the day - I didnt know then that you are supposed to take it before getting up in the morning). But Tips for those two cycles still said I was doing everything I should (even though they arent evaluated because so much data is missing)... Would like to see this fixed.

So great for natural pregnancy prevention or achievement. I love "taking charge of your fertility" and this goes right in line with that! Perfect charting app that also protects privacy and doesnt data mine you for statistics like a lot of others do! Well worth the $5!

This app is so thorough, and you dont need to use data/wifi to use it. I love the many options of things to track (some of them are only available through the in app purchase) and how detailed it is. I was never any good at charting on paper by myself, and this is exactly the tool I need to make sure everything is taken into account! I recommend this app to everyone that I know wanting to use FAM.

I have tried OvuView, Clue, Glow, Lily, and Fertility Friend. As far as totally free apps, Lily is the best, even out performing the free version of the ubiquitous Fertility Friend. I love the UI, simple but allows you to input a huge amount of info.
